Through U Matter 365 Inc., we direct individuals to mentor in existing proven programs within the Pinellas County School District.  The programs are built around one core belief: the presence of a caring adult can change a young person's life.  Through structured mentorship opportunities within the public school system, we equip everyday people - like you - to become trusted guides, encouragers, and role models for students who need to hear and know they matter 365 days a year.



Whether you have an hour a week or a passion to lead in a group format, the programs are designed to meet students where they are - with real conversations, creative outlets, and consistent support. Every mentor receives training, ongoing support and resources that will help you step into schools with confidence and purpose.

U Matter 365 offers a program to assist organizations and schools in creating their very own on-site mentoring programs where none exist, called MentorWorks.  This program is based off of the very successful Lunch Pals program.

​

UMatter has also created a program for large gatherings / assemblies of elementary aged students to inspire and empower them by using a beloved Star Wars character, R2D2, to illustrate the importance of self-esteem and show them the possibilities that are before them right now where they can make a difference in the world - individually or as a group.
