MEETING A NEW STUDENT - ESPECIALLY FOR THE FIRST TIME - CAN BE EXCITING AND A LITTLE NERVE RACKING SO IT'S AWAYS GOOD TO HAVE SOMETHING TO GET THE RELATIONSHIP STARTED LIKE A QUESTIONAIRE.                       Click on the Intake PDF below

THE FIRST DAY

Hi - my name is Mr. D. What's your name?

My name is Kevin.

It's really great to meet you, Kevin. Did anyone tell you about why I'm here?

They told me you were going to be my mentor.

Do you know what a mentor is?

Are you like a teacher, or guidance counselor or tutor?

Those are all great people but no.  Let me ask you this - how many friends do you have?

I have 10 friends.

So, after we get to hang out for a while and get to know each other you will have 11 friends.  Only one of them will be a lot older.

Cool.

So tell me more about yourself.....
